The Rivington Club, the community’s 15,000-square-foot 2-story wood framed clubhouse consisting of wood trussed floors and roof with concrete basement walls and standard spread footing foundations. The clubhouse houses a fitness center, locker rooms with saunas, a yoga studio, an art studio, a grand hall for banquets and parties, a billiard room with a bar, and a demonstration kitchen for cooking lessons.
