Renovations and additions to the service facilities. The renovations consisted of removal of interior masonry bearing walls at the dining areas, re-organizing the food service area and reconfiguring the nurse’s station areas. The new additions consisted of a heavy timer wood framed natatorium building, entrance canopies, and dining room expansion with tower elements.
