Complete renovation of the 1920\u2019s existing 2-story wood framed masonry bearing wall building with a steel framed classroom room addition, expanded kitchen layout, new elevator, new lobby\/secured vestibule, new steel framed entrance canopy, new steel framed bus canopy and new roof top unit supports. The historical characteristics of the building could not be modified.<\/p>\n
